My Question or Issue

Spotify app is unable to run on my XBOX One now (before today it worked with no problems). When I start the app all I can get is - error message (you can see it in attached file). It´s strange that I can send music from my android phone to XBOX and Spotify application can play it.. I hear music, but all I see is screen with error message (as you can see). Does anybody know why that is happening? Thank in you advance for help.

Why is that happening? There wasn´t any update, my console wasn´t updated and Spotify app wasn´t too.. so why this error?

Thanks for reaching out.

If the app  doesn't act as expected it's a good idea to clean reinstall Spotify on the Xbox where this occurs. This step lets you start afresh with the latest app version by removing any corrupted files from previous installations. 

It's also a good idea to check for any updates available for the device's firmware. Be sure to also restart and unplug it for a couple if minutes. This is a very effective, but often overlooked step.
