Failure to log on - Integra DTR amp

Failure to log on - Integra DTR amp

Hi I am unable to log onto Spotify on my Integra DTR 30.6 receiver/amplifier. There is net connection and I am premium subscriber. Any suggestions?

Hey @mdicks, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Thanks for this advice. I have restarted the amplifier but this did not assist.

I am unable to reinstall the app because it comes pre-installed on the amplifier.

I am unable to let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system I am running because the Spotify function comes pre-loaded on the amplifier.

The amplifier is an Integra DTR 30.6.
