False/harrassing profile picture reports

False/harrassing profile picture reports

Is there a reason Spotify routinely ignore requests for help on their social media channels and on their email addresses?

My profile picture is routinely reported and removed whenever I upload a new one (within a matter of hours). I believe it's someone I am no longer associated with, but there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it...

I've blocked the user in question already - but I have seen you can report any account publicly without being logged in as long as you have ANY email address to "verify your identity" (which can be done with a throw away iCloud address)!

Then I get my content removed and an email warning me of my behaviour.

Why can you report people like that? Why does Spotify allow you to report accounts when you're not logged in? Why is there no review of the reports to make sure they are legitimate? Finally, why do you HAVE to have a public profile that's on the surface web?

It feels like Spotify don't give you enough resources to actually stop this stuff, instead they leave you in the dark and ignore/disconnect chats.

I really like what Spotify has to offer, and I have enjoyed a good eight years of it - however, this is showing me the door.
