Fire TV - Spotify dropouts

My Question or Issue

Sometimes there are dropouts, it's like 3-10 seconds no sound but the time bar is running normally, them skipping back to the point where it lost sound. Amazon music runs smoothly without dropouts. I've got a stable 1Gbit connection. The fire tv is connected with 5ghz.

Spotify is version 1.35

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Can you also try to log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?

It would also be great if you can provide us a recording so we can have a closer look.
