Freezes on Samsung Tv

I've upgraded to premium and ever since I haven't been able to use spotify on my Samsung TV (it worked prior to this). I get a grey screen with half the spotify logo.

The only solution I can seem to find to this is to do a factory reset but I'd rather not. Any other ideas I may of missed?

Hmm, that sounds not good.

I searched a little bit trough the boards. And the only solution i found was the factory reset. -.-

After the reset you should be able to login regularly.
