Hi there @car_mh,

 

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and we appreciate you sharing these screenshots.

 

As a starting step and if you've not already done so, would you mind re-pairing your watch with your phone? You can check out the info here if needed.

 

Additionally, make sure that there are no pending software updates and that you're running the newest Spotify app version.

 

Let us know if any of the steps make any difference 🙂

The problem continues even after re-installing app and re-pairing watch

(android 14, one ui 6.1 on phone, android 13 wear os 4.0 one ui 5.0 watch )

 

My Question or Issue

unable to manage library on watch's spotify while spotify playing at phone, if the song already added to my library , the watch side won't show as a tick , it stills show + and allows me to add multiple same song into same playlist

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.

 

To continue investigating this case, would you mind confirming if this is happening with all the tracks added to your Liked songs playlist or is it just with that specific song?

 

Also, include in your next response the OS version of your Watch to continue investigating this behavior.

It occurs in every song. 

Galaxy watch4: wear os 4.0, one ui 5.0 watch

We appreciate the info you've included in your post. In order to send the complete info to the internal teams, could you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).

even reset the watch also not working

For the past few days, I can no longer like songs on Spotify from my Galaxy Watch6. When I press the + icon, it vibrates but doesn't do anything. Pressing the icon on already liked songs, however, does give me the option to remove them from my favorites. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify app, both on the watch and my phone (Galaxy S22+), to make sure it wasn't a caching issue. Restarted both devices as well. Still no go. Like I said, this only started happening recently. Any idea what the issue is?
