Galaxy watch app bug

Galaxy watch app bug

I'm using the app on Samsung galaxy watch ultra with Hebrew system language (rtl) and I'm unable to swipe in the app from the main screen and therefore unable to pick songs to play.

When I'm trying to swipe left nothing happens (probably because the rtl changes sides), when I'm trying to swipe right it takes me out from the app (like pressing the back button)

Hey there @Yuv789,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome!

Did you notice when this started happening and if it was after something specific? Were you able to swipe before?

Would it be possible to change the system language of the watch to test if the same behavior would persist in the Spotify app?

Additionally, let us know if you've performed any troubleshooting steps so far so we can avoid repeating any of them.

I recommend reinstalling the Spotify app both on your phone and the watch and if that doesn't make a difference, try re-pairing your watch with your phone, then reinstall the apps again.

Lastly, it'be great if you could send us a video of the behavior so we can take a look. You can either attach it here via the Insert Video option in the post editor or upload the video to Google Drive and share the link with us.

We'll be on the lookout for your response.

Hi

After changing the system language to English everything works fine, but when changing back to Hebrew the problem returns.

I've tried the troubleshooting you suggested but with no success.

I'm attaching a video

Hey @Yuv789,

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.

We appreciate the video you attached to your response. In order to investigate this further with internal teams, would you mind sending the OS version your Watch is currently running in your next response?

We'll be on the lookout.

I also have the same issue with my Samsung watch 5, the current version is 14.  Wear OS version is  5.
