Garmin forerunner 265 Media Error occurred

I have the Garmin forerunner 265 and getting media error occurred when trying to add podcasts. This started about 3 days or so ago. The podcast list also isn't in sync with my library as very old podcast continue to show in the list. 

I have logged out of Spotify on watch

I've removed WiFi from watch

Restarted the watch and logged back into Spotify/Wi-Fi with no success.

I've updated the app in the connect iq and now it works

How do you update it from the app? Mine just says “Update Queued”

It should automatically updatr it once in the queue
