My Question or Issue

Since the most recent Spotify update i get Sync failed when I try to update or edit any playlists on my Garmin 645m.   Their are others too on the Garmin forum having the same issue.  Need a fix please.

just got answer from garmin japan.

this solved the problem for me.

l1. logout from spotify in your watch device.

2. delete and re-add wifi network on your device.

3. turn off, then on your phone and device.

Escpecially the fully charged and connected to an usb port helps.

I followed all of this steps but still getting "Sync failed"

This method doesn't work. What is the cause of the problem? I can download podcasts, but I can't download my playlists.
