Received a gift card as a gift and the code is not able to be read. $30.

If the code is damaged and can no longer be read, it's best to contact Support: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

 

Make sure to prepare pictures of the front and back side of the Gift Card ๐Ÿ™‚

Are you on basic or premium spotify? Because evidently spotify is no longer letting people use gift cards on basic accounts. They force you into the premium category.
