My Spotify app is on play back in the phone please fix this problem

We hope you don't mind us moving your reply, as it fits better here in a new thread since you mentioned a different issue.

 

In that sense, would you mind sending us more info about what exactly is happening on your side? Please include as many details as possible, and we'll do our best to advise you.

 

Now, if perhaps you noticed the playback is coming from a device you don't recognize, then we'd suggest you follow the steps in this article to secure your account.

 

If perhaps you're trying to play content from more than one device, then remember you can open your account on as many devices as you'd like, but it's expected that the playback comes just from one at a time. When using your account on more than one device, then the Connect feature will be available.
