If you redeemed a gift card on your account, but it doesn't seem to add the Premium time to your account, we'd first recommend logging out of your account (by following the steps in this article) and logging back in to force the sync between your account and your device.

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium time was redeemed on a different account by mistake. In this case, we’d also recommend checking for secondary accounts by following the instructions mentioned in this article.
