just wondering.. can I use a picture i took of spongebob as my header or does this infringe on copyrights..?

it's just a pic I took of my tv and spongebob is playing on it..

Hello, if you took a pic from the TV then I don't think it so it is a right to use it as your header. If you don't want to face copyright issues, then I would like to recommend you to edit that picture a little bit and you will not have a copyright issue. Because it will be the original picture.
