Help with amazon echo

Help with amazon echo

Linked my Spotify account with my amazon echo.

For some reason my amazon echo doesn't appear under available devices.

 

I am under the same wi-fi network. I triple checked.

I am aslo using the amazon echo command: Spotify connect.

Can you let us know the exact device/OS and Spotify version you're using? We'll see what we can suggest. Also, have you tried reinstalling Spotify? If not, just make sure to follow these steps: https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/.
