I have a us account and U.S. spotify app and look for German music , I now the German spotify got the music in the store but I can not find in my us account ... Why ??

Spotify adds all music available to them. Unfortunately, sometimes the artist/label don’t want certain tracks/album on spotify, which is why they can’t be found.

You can read more about missing music in the music FAQ.
Take particular note of the fifth point.

I looked already I now the make a deal with spotify , every week he put 2-3 album to his spotify account ... I looked already in German spotify is available but not in us ... He put last Friday album " 7 live " , "electro ghetto", "7" and "staatsfeind nr.1" to this profil , is us spotify all albums are empty... I don't now why ??

Not every album or song is available on Spotify.

The availability of songs on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
Spotify has no control over what content is available.

Sometimes it is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others.
