How do I get the Spotify app icon back on my iphone?

I got an email about logging in without a password. It didn't work. I have to log in with user name and password. The app icon disappeared. I need it back on so I can see what I want to listen to.

Hi!

It sounds like your Spotify app has been removed from your home screen and put in the App Library. To add the icon back to your home screen, swipe to the far-right-most screen, find the Spotify app, and tap and hold to move it back to your home screen.
