How do You E-Mail Spotify?

Does anyone know how to contact Spotify by e-mail for support? The "Contact Us" page at https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/ only allows you to chat for tech support.

I don't have the time for a chat and want to communicate over e-mail. Does anyone know how to do s?

There are several ways to contact Spotify:

You can fill out the online contact form to create a ticket with support.

If you would prefer not to send an email, you can reach them on twitter at @SpotifyCares, or on Facebook by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page.

However, I always recommend looking for answers in the community or starting a new topic explaining your problem. There are lots of users that can help you 🙂
