How to allow access to Musixmatch

I accidentally removed access for Musixmatch in "Apps" within my Spotify account.  Now Musixmatch is no longer integrating with Spotify and Spotify does not ask me to allow access when I start Musixmatch.  This means that Lyrics no longer show.
How can I restore access?

Right now, is not possible to link your Spotify and Musicxmatch on a computer or laptop. Any updates will be posted at https://community.spotify.com/t5/Live-Ideas/Desktop-Music-Please-bring-back-the-Lyrics-Feature/idi-p.... We'd recommend voting to support the idea, too.
