RECENTLY I CHANGE THE MODEN AND NOW I CAN'T SEE MAY RECEIVER DEVICE ON MY COMPUTER SO I CAN LISTEN MUSIC ON MY RECEIVER

Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

  • Make sure that the receiver is connected to the new modem.
  • Restart the receiver and the modem.
  • Reinstall the app on your computer.

If the issue persists, let us know the following:

  • Is the receiver visible from other devices (e.g. your phone)?
  • Does the receiver appear in the Connect picker when you connect it and the computer to a hotspot on your phone? Here's how to set it up on iOS and Android.
