What happens when you try to delete a playlist? Does it appear to be greyed out when you attempt to delete it? What device are you trying to delete it on? 

You can also send me a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can take a look.

This playlist I already deleted a while ago, but it is still presented in another user's public playlists (fer.brito), however, it's like me being the owner, and I can't delete it, but I can change the name, put it in or remove it songs.

If you know the user who is following the playlist (fer.brito), can you ask them to see if they are able to remove the playlist?

Even if you delete a playlists, it's possible that it still shows in the account of users that have followed it.

If you'd like to recover the playlist, so that you'd be able to delete its name you can reach out to our support team here with the link. They could be able to help.

I understand that it would not be correct, because if I deleted my playlist, it should be deleted for everyone.

I already tried the process of recovering a playlist and it doesn't appear, it should be done by you from Spotify.

It is not acceptable that a playlist that has been deleted is visible to other people, this is a systematic error!

We understand your frustration but right now playlists remain on the servers even if they are removed by the user. 

We recommend suggesting changing this on our Ideas board so that it could get support from other users as well. Take a look at this page to see how to post an Idea.

For now what we can offer you as a workaround to delete the name of the playlist so that it won't have any attributes. 

If you reach out to our support team they should be able to restore the list so that you'd be able to edit it.
