I am not getting email or push notifications for bands I am following.

I am not getting email or push notifications for bands I am following.

I have all my push and email notifications enabled. The Spotify website says: "Emails are sent to listeners who our data shows are the artist’s top fans and/or anyone who follows the artist on Spotify.
Go to your account page's notification settings to make sure you get Spotify News and Offers. You can also make sure we have your correct email address".
However there is no setting titled "News and Offers". Please advise

Hi there, so if you are not receiving email or push notifications for the bands you are following on Spotify, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your notification settings: As you mentioned, Spotify allows you to customize your notification settings to receive emails and push notifications for the artists you follow. To access your notification settings, go to your account page and click on "Notifications". From there, you should see options to enable or disable email and push notifications for various types of activity on Spotify. Make sure that the notifications you want to receive are enabled.

  2. Make sure your email address is correct: If you are not receiving email notifications, it is possible that your email address is incorrect or out of date. To check your email address on Spotify, go to your account page and click on "Profile". From there, you should see your email address listed. If it is incorrect, you can update it by clicking on "Edit Profile" and entering the correct email address.

  3. Check your spam folder: Sometimes, email notifications from Spotify may be sent to your spam folder. Check your spam folder to see if any notifications are being filtered there.

  4. Contact Spotify support: If none of the above solutions work, it may be helpful to contact Spotify support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue or escalate it to their technical team if necessary.

Regarding the "News and Offers" setting, it is possible that the wording has changed or that it is not available in your region. Instead, you can check the "Email" and "Push notifications" settings to make sure that you are set up to receive notifications for the artists you follow.
