Thanks for reaching out. 

 

There aren't any known issues with the support page, so we recommend that you try again using an incognito window, on different devices and different networks. If you use a VPN, disable it as it may cause connection problems.

 

In the meantime, if the inquiry you have isn't related to refunds or any changes to your account, we on the Community are here for you and we'd be glad to help. Just let us know what we can do for you 🙂
