I cannot access title page of podcast

My Question or Issue

I am trying to rate a podcast, but I can't access the title/main page. When I try to navigate to the title page it opens for a mili-second and then skips to the list of episodes.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

In this case, we suggest you log out and log in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Is this happening when trying to rate a specific show, or does it happen no matter what podcast you try to rate? If this is happening with some specific podcast, it'd be awesome if you shared with us the link to it. You can do it by following the steps in this article.

On another note, can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of the affected device, along with the Spotify version you're running there?

Lastly, would you mind checking if the same thing happens if you open your account on a different mobile device? It’d be awesome if you could check. You can ask for the mobile device of a relative or friend to open your account and check.

HI, thank you for your suggestions. I've tried to log out and log back in as suggested, but the issue persists. 

It seems to be happening with any podcast once I've listened to an episode. Brand new podcasts open to the title page and stay there.

Could you post a screenshot of the title page you're referring to? Do you mean the Home page of the app?

 Hi, this is the Title page I refer to:

 Once I have listened to an episode, I can no longer access that page as it skips ahead directly to this page that shows the episodes.
