I have canvas enabled but it isnt showing up on songs

I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite. For a while the button for canvas wasnt available, but its now enabled in my settings; however it's not showing up on all the songs its should be on.

Any fixes?

Not all songs have a Canvas uploaded. Sometimes only a few songs from an album will have a Canvas. It's entirely up to the artist to decide which songs should have it.

If you have any feedback on a particular song or album, you can reach out to the artist/label on social media or their website.

In case you aren't seeing a Canvas on a song that you're certain should have one, please share the following so we can investigate further:

• The URI/URL of the song.
• A screenshot which shows how things look on your end.

I have seen multiple videos of songs like "Heat Waves" by Glass Animals and multiple songs off of Metro Boomin''s "Not All Heroes Wear Capes" album with a looping video aka canvas so I am sure that the artist has it on these songs.

the option wasn't available for me for a while and now that it is available and enabled it is still not working on any of the songs I am sure it should be.

could this be due to the region I live in?

Thanks for the post.

It's possible that that's the reason. Canvas is currently not available in multiple countries. Can you let us know what country your Spotify account is set to and we'll check if it's available there?
