I have never received a single spotify notifcation

I've been a member for over a year, and am following about 50 bands, but have not once received a single notification of a new album, etc.  My email address is correct, and I have checked my spam box, and there is nothing from spotify in it.  Any ideas please?  Thanks a lot.

Check you have email notifications on for your spotify account. Then it should arrive. Spotify.com in case you can't find the toggle.

Yes if I go to spotify.com, and the notification settings page, everything is "ticked", except for the Spotify News and Offers option.  I don't have any of the Push options ticked, but all (except one) email options are ticked.

I think it's buggy code.  It's frustrating, because I'd like to receive notifications of when a followed artist releases a new album, for instance.

SInce this is a bug problem, I suggest you to go over at support.spotify.com or email them at support@spotify.com 

You can get in touch with them there. I hope they can resolve your problem.

After many emails back and forth, Spotify couldn't help me.  I see lots of other people are having this problem.  Pity.
