I'm trying to claim my artist account, but keep getting an error.

I recently posted a song to Spotify through CD Baby, but if I try to use the web browser OR the mobile app, I get an error that says Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)." I have cleared my cache, changed browsers, changed wifi, changed devices, everything that was suggested, and nothing has worked to not recieve this error message.

Literally same, tried different browsers, tried on phone and desktop, different WiFi’s, turned Java Script off, nothing seems to help. Is this a glitch/bug from Spotify?

Same problem! I'm using DistroKid and once i confirm it on DistroKid's website, i get that error.

same here, i have tried on 3 different devices, incognito browser, cleared cache, reinstalled apps, changed internet, turned javascript on and off,,,,,, the whole 9 yards and nothing is happening  😫😫
