My Question or Issue

I went on to Spotify today, and I keep having issues with the songs lagging to play. They don't play right away like they normally do and the track image takes awhile too, and when they do play, I can't get the repeat button to do anything. When I try to adjust the volume, it keeps rising and lowering randomly. I tried logging out and clearing cookies, it did not help.

hopefully I posted this to the right place, after checking over this for nearly 30 minutes, just trying to figure out how to post in the first place (this forum layout has changed a lot since I last had an issue, years ago, and not for the better). I really wasn't sure what category this should be in.
