Impossible d'accéder aux podcast et livres audio

Bonjour, 

Je n’arrive pas à accéder aux podcasts ni livres audio. Pourtant j’ai bien accès aux musiques, sans soucis, j’ai un abonnement famille.

Quand je veux choisir un podcast, le message suivant apparaît « Une erreur s’est produite » , que faire ?

Firstly, let's make sure that this isn't just some temporary issue with the app. Try performing a full clean reinstall if you haven't already, as it's known to resolve a multitude of issues and hopefully this is also one of them.

If the issue persists afterwards, we'd be happy to look into this further. Could you please provide us the following:

• Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
• When did this start happening? Did it work before?
• Does this happen with specific podcasts and/or audiobooks or with any of them?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
