[Install Issue] Windows Phone

Recently uninstalled Spotify, as it was not starting up.  Then I had decided to re-install it, but upon downloading it from the store, it would have the download of the 14mb and then it would say 

"Attention required. Tap Here"

The Tap Here lead to 

"Spotify

Were having trouble installing this  app.  If this is the first time you've seen this message, go ahead and try again.  If the app still won't install, go to your Phone Update settings to make sure your phone software is up to date"

I have done the resetting and checking the update and nothing is still working.  

Anyone got any suggestions and help?
