Invasive song playing over other songs.

It had a weird electronic/hip hop beat with lyrics "I love you. *something* love me. Do you love me?" Eldritch sounding slurping/kissing was under the creepily spoken vocals.

The creepiest part is that it was playing over songs on Spotify. Every time I changed tracks, it would start over and play on top of the track. I had to restart my phone to make it stop. It was very unsettling with its persistence.

This is odd and doesn't sound like something Spotify would do. Could you check if there are any apps connected to your account and remove them, just to be sure?
