Jaguar InControl Touch Pro Issues

My 2017 Jaguar F-PACE offers two options for connecting to Spotify. Unfortunately, neither one is currently working properly. 

- If I connect to Spotify via Bluetooth, the track information displays and the time countdown for the track advances forward; but no audio plays. Radio, Sirius, etc all have audio. 

- If I connect to Spotify via USB (either directly or through the Jaguar app), the song plays for a minute or so, and then becomes defeaning static. Even if you skip ahead through the playlist, static continues. 

I use a iPhone 7, updated with the latest IOS.
