Kicked out of app after trying to create a playlist

This has been happening to my account that ive been using for multiple years (premium plan).

Situation: I start working on a playlist and boom the odd situation happens when im disconnected from entire account and forceibly kicked off of the app sometimes out of my account.

Question: Is there a way to resolve this entirely without the loss of my 3k playlists ive made

Have you noticed when this behavior started happening and if it was after something specific? Does it happen across devices and do you see any error messages?

As far as I understand the Spotify app crashes and would also log you out sometimes. Could you confirm?

If only a certain device is affected, let us know and send us the make, model and OS-version.

In case you've performed any troubleshooting steps (such as a clean reinstall, different internet connection etc.) let us know so we can avoid repeating any steps. Let us also know if you've tested with the Web Player and what happens there.

Lastly, as you've mentioned that you've got about 3k playlists, keep in mind that having a large library can possibly cause some loading issues for example on specific devices, but even if the app crashes or logs you out, you shouldn't just lose the content that you've saved in the library.
