[LG SmartTV 2013] Not available in app store (South America)

If you go to any help page for Spotify in South America, the help page for LG products says it supports 2013 Smart TVs.

But if you go to any south america LG store, no Spotify app is available. They are available only for 2014 TVs (webOS).

All Spotify needs to do is to release their 2013 models app to other countries, because I heard it's available in USA.

I'm currently in Brazil, but tried this with all stores my TV firmware allows, no USA though.

I really don't mind if we get a non-translated app. Just, please, release it.

It's not like people buy new TVs every one or two years, like cellphones.
