Latest podcast episodes are missing

My Question or Issue

When I go the JRE podcast page, and sort by new, the latest episode is #1838. I have "all episodes" chosen. I don't see all the episodes that game after 1838.

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on your PC? 

On another note, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to your account to check if that makes the difference. Also, it's worth trying with a different internet connection.

On my phone it's fine. Tried logging out and back in, didn't work.

Thanks for getting back to us. 

In this case, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app on your PC to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one. Make sure to download the version you haven't tried before, either from our website or the Microsoft Store. 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind checking if this happens with all podcasts or only with the one you mentioned? Also, we'd like to know if the same happens if you log in to your account on a different PC.

Lastly, we suggest that you check if the OS of your PC has any pending updates.
