Log in failed on Chromecast via Android and Dektop

Hi,

I have the issue that my chromecast fails to log in.

On both, Android and Dektop app it works fine but not the stream on the Chromecast.

... Also: my Facebookaccount was abusively connected to my Spotify-original account; I asked the excellent Spotify Support to uncouple those, and that helped too! So you could try that, too, if you are in the same situation. Thanks again, Loke!

Is this solving the issue and how do I get in touch with the support team?
