Making this website more stable

Hello everyone. Am I the only one who has noticed how difficult it is to navigate through the Spotify community especially when using mobile. It's like an unstable website which keeps on behaving unpredictably when pressing different buttons.

I'd suggest that this be improved or at the least,there should be a mobile app for accessing the community.

I agree , everything needs improvement here and there , but I end up forgetting about the community and stuff over for awhile , I'm like oh yeah gotta go online browser to access different settings that technically aren't in the mobile app for Spotify , links to some are there but needs better integration I guess I'm saying lol .

The site does not do redirects that's good. But it takes an awful lot amount of time to get to reply or post something because it leads you elsewhere. I spent over 15 minutes trying to lodge the complaint and I'm a fast typer. It may lead you to chats when you press Ideas, several times.
And it takes time to eventually get to where you wanna go.

We understand it's a bit overwhelming navigating through the Community as it has a lot of sections, specially from a mobile device since the available screen size is much smaller than a desktop device.

 

Regarding the ideas process, when you try to post an idea, the Community will first try to show you similar ideas before allowing you to post one. This is in order to avoid duplicate ideas submissions.

 

However, when you’re clicking the ideas board, it shouldn’t be redirecting you to chats. If possible, try this from a different mobile device to check if it makes a difference. If the issue persists in the other device, include in your next response a screen recording of the issue so we can have a better context and help you further.
