If you're the manager of the Premium Family plan, you'll need to update your payment method to one that's issued in the new country of residence (more info here). Once you're done, you can update your address with these steps.

If you're however a member of the plan, you need to leave it (revert to free) and follow the steps for free accounts in the first link above.
