Merge two artist pages

My Question or Issue

(I' sorry for my english 😕 )

Today I was looking for an old artist and doing a strange discovery.

This two artists are the same one - but under their accounts are diffrent albums listed.
In the App on Windows the second one have a blue checkmark - i think it is verified?
I wanted to contact spotify to merge the two profils - but maybe the community can help me 🙂
