Hey @JESSICACALVES,
Thanks for getting in touch about this in the Community! We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community.
To begin with, we'd recommend running a clean reinstall of Spotify with these steps. Also, if you have an SD card on the device, try removing it and check if the app works better without it. You just have to leave it out for a bit while you check, then you can insert it again.
If none of that helps, let us know if this also happens when the offline mode is on, and on different devices. And send over the Spotify version you have installed.
Keep us posted!

Essa reinstalação limpa do Spotify vai limpar as musicas que tenho salvas e minhas playlists criadas também?
Hi @JESSICACALVES,
Don't worry, the library remains unchanged after a reinstall. You may only need to redownload the content you would like to listen to offline.
Let us know how it goes.
Eu removi o cartão SD e o problema parou. Fiz somente isso e deu certo. Obrigada!
Hey @IvyBlood,
Thanks for your reply here and for the info shared.
We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
That being said, we understand you've followed some basic troubleshooting. Would you mind sharing with us all the "possible solutions" you've mentioned you've tried so far?
On another note, would you mind sharing with us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there? If you haven't yet, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.
Lastly, just to confirm, do you use a VPN? If yes, try switching it off to check if you notice any changes in this behavior.
Keep us in the loop!
