Solved!

Mobile Spotify vers8.6.74.1176 playlists movd fr Library>Settings dont play

My Spotify playlists on my mobile were visible in the Home section until about 6 months ago. They disappeared and I have since found them in my profile. However nothing happens when I click on them. Can anyone advise how I can access them again?

Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

For starters, we'd recommend updating the app on the affected device to check if you notice any difference. From what you kindly mentioned, it seems you're running an older version of the app.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

Lastly, if this inconvenience persists, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device?

Keep us in the loop!
