[Music] HiFi Quality - Lossless Streaming 16bit 44.1khz

For a few weeks now I've been experiencing pausing in my streaming.  I have a paid plan and stream on my Microsoft Surface and Note android and both devices become stuck.  My music likes to get stuck either after 3 seconds or 2 minutes.  I have read this ongoing issue in the community and these were attempts to fix it:

1. Updated the app

2. Logged out, logged back in

3. Unistall the app and reinstalled 

None of the options have solved this problem leading me to leave a message in the community.  Also if I try to play off the downloaded music, it still pauses.  I'm noticing this happens of all wifi, public or private

If we understand correctly, you are experiencing these paused on both your Android device and Surface tablet, is this correct?

Could you let us know if the app freezes or if the music only pauses but the app is still usable (and you can resume the song when play is pressed).

We'd also like to know what happens if you try a different account. For example from a friend or family member.
