My Spotify app can work with mobile data

Can't access my Spotify with mobile data network, it only work whenever I'm connected on wifi

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

If you haven't tried before, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps mentioned in this article to check if it makes any difference. 

 

We'd also recommend changing the cellular streaming quality to low or automatic by tapping your Profile icon > Settings and privacy > Audio quality to see if the issue persists.

 

Lastly, to continue investigating this case,  include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
