My account has been hacked and i can no longer access it. What do I do?

When trying to login to my Spotify account with the email that i know for sure i used to make the account I'm receiving the incorrect email notification. Even when i check my email for a confirmation code or a link to reset my password I'm not getting any. So clearly I was hacked and the original email has changed. I can see from this 2nd account that the hacked one still exists so I know it wasn't deleted I simply no longer have access. What do I do?
