My artist profile is verified, but I can't edit it

My Question or Issue

I verified my artist profile but I can't edit it. I can't change my profile picture or edit my bio. Whenever I try to open my artist page on the artist app or desktop, all I get is an error page. Also, when I search my artist page on Spotify, it shows I'm not verified but when I open it, it shows I am.
