My Question or Issue

Hey, my lyrics aren't showing on any song. I have a Premium Duo plan, but there's no option to view lyrics at all. I tried updating, reinstalling, clearing cache, and checking other devices, but nothing worked. I'm not even able to scroll down to see the lyrics. Can you help?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

First, we’d recommend logging out and back in twice to force the sync between the device and the account. After that, reboot your device and try again to see if it makes any difference. You can test it by using a song that has the lyrics worldwide, like this one: Never Gonna Give You Up - Rick Astley.
 

In case you still have this issue, and if you haven’t tried before, we’d recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app as mentioned in this article.

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device with your own account?

I tried clearing cache, restarting app, and heaps more to try bring the lyrics back. It seems as if every songs lyrics can't load for some reason
