That being said, It's possible that you signed up for Premium by mistake. Try signing in using any information you frequently use online to check if that’s the case.


Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find out if you may have another account.


Additionally, check to see whether your loved ones or friends have used your card information to subscribe. If so, they must modify or cancel the payment method they linked to their accounts.
