PS4 App won't show up on any other devices

I have to start Spotify on my PS4 and start playing something or it won't show up on *any* of my devices (two Androids--7 and 6--and one Chromebook--Web App).

Are you still not seeing your Playstation on your other devices?

If yes, please try to check if you're logged into the same account on all of your devices. It can also help if you check if some of your devices are currently in the 'Offline Mode'. ^^

This is expected behavior for not only your PlayStation.

Certain third party devices need to be woken up first before they can be spotted in the Connect Picker.
