Play count not updating

Accordin to spotify insights i have a song at 998 plays and have for 3 months now. I played it myself more than two times easily since and it will not update as being over 1000

Hello. My play count it also messed up. Everything on my song just displays zero on the actual Spotify app as well as the Spotify for Artists app as well while also saying I have 4000+ monthly listeners? What do I do? Its been 4 days since the release.

My artist name is Zach Bahn and the song is Other Side of the World (Zach Bahn Remix)
