Playlist Deleting Information

My Question or Issue:

Over the last few days, one of my playlists Title, Description and Playlist Image that I have had for a number of years is being wiped/deleted, even after re-uploading the information several times. I have attempted at restarting my phone/laptop and reuploading the app, with the issue continuing. 

How do I fix this from happening?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

We'd recommend you run a clean reinstall of the app, following the steps in this guide exactly for both of your devices. If this keeps happening after that it would be best to run over this article to make sure that no one else has access to your account, that could be deleting the playlist info.
