Playlist Exchange; Not allowing me to post despite recognizing playlist

Hello @SarahWatson and welcome to the community

Copy / Paste URI normally but before click Post make this change :

Format URI you see in the box :

spotify:playlist:URI 

Replace it by this one

spotify:user:your spotify username:playlist:URI

Now click POST
